'Hoe Schildpad aan zijn schild komt' ('How Tortoise got his shell') is my first very own childrens picture book. It is an ode to an African folktale which I read about at school when I was living in Tanzania. I found it such a fun and beautifull story.

All illustrations are made by hand using pencil, watercolours and markers
